We had the photography. The tested ratios. The jump-to-recipe button. Then one recipe came through the kitchen and nothing else made sense anymore. So we took everything else down.

Taco night and lasagna night spent centuries apart. Then someone layered them. Every other recipe we'd ever published suddenly looked like a rough draft. We'd be lying if we said we looked back.
